Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Essay Contest
This contest is open to all Grade 6 students in Alberta. The grand prize winners will be invited by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly to an award presentation event in the Legislature Building in Edmonton and receive a plaque and a cheque in the amount of 1st place $200, 2nd place $75, and 3rd place $50. Essays must be submitted to the Office of the Speaker on or before Wednesday, February 29, 2012.
