The Collective Agreement enables student learning inside and outside the classroom

The Collective Agreement has to be:

• Fiscally Responsible
• Balanced
• Sustainable
• Aligned with economic reality

Management Rights:
The Collective Agreement should improve the capability to manage the system:
• Clear language for both parties
• Less prescriptive
• Responsive to unique and changing situations

• Bargain professionally and transparently
• Communicate to RVS communities on an ongoing basis
