RTI Articles
RTI is an assessment and intervention process for systematically monitoring student progress and making decisions about the need for instructional modifications or increasingly intensified services using progress monitoring data.
In order to assist school staff, a monthly article on this topic will be sent out to administrators from the Learning Department to review and share with your staff. Please note that these are background articles to give you information about RTI, and are not the model that Rocky View Schools is developing.
The final model will be based on the principles of this model; however it will be more specific to Rocky View.
Our goal in providing these monthly articles is to help you think about implementing RTI in terms of manageable concrete steps. We believe you will find this information helpful for the implementation of RTI.
