About the organization

The Airdrie and District Victims Assistance Society (ADVAS) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization that provides 24-hour crisis response and support to victims of crime and/or tragedy. ADVAS connects individuals dealing with situations involving domestic/family violence, sudden death, theft, motor vehicle collisions, sexual assault, assault, fire and more with community supports and provides referral services for other community agencies and organizations.

The ADVAS serves residents from the areas of Airdrie, Acme, Balzac, Beiseker, Crossfield, Irricana, Kathyrn, Linden, and Rocky View County.
