First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Historical Perspectives: Blanket Exercise

The Blanket Exercise is offered as a Foundational Knowledge support to build awareness and shared history of Indigenous Peoples in Canada. It is designed to deepen understanding of historical perspectives, and to continue the conversation and work of Reconciliation. This opportunity is to learn our collective history and to create a common understanding in the historic relationship between Indigenous people and the impacts of colonization. Who: Teachers, Educational Assistants, Custodians, Mentors, Coaches, Parents, Librarians & Library Technicians. When: Wednesday, March 21. Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Cost $15.
