International Education
Welcome to Rocky View Schools (RVS)!
Students attending RVS’ International Education Program will be provided with a dynamic 21st Century learning environment where they can learn English, while also pursuing strong academic and career programs. Students coming to RVS from abroad will participate in learning that is engaging, enriching and empowering. Along the way, they also will experience Canadian culture and make lifelong friends, all within the beautiful setting of the Canadian Rockies.
Rocky View Schools serves residents to the west, north and east of the City of Calgary, providing educational services to 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. RVS is the fifth-largest school board in Alberta, employing more than 1000 teachers and 700 support staff.
RVS' International Education Program provides excellent support to ensure every student has the best opportunities for success. Apply through our Online Application Form (revised December 2012) to attend a RVS school.

Online Orientation
Once accepted into Rocky View Schools, students will be given the opportunity to access our online orientation session. The orientation provides student with a variety of information to assist them in adapting to their new school and country. English online is also provided to prepare students who English is not their first language.
