RVS facilities will join provincial buildings in the lowering of flags to half-mast on April 20 in memory of fallen RCMP officer, Cst. Harvinder (Harvey) Singh Dhami, who was killed in the line of duty in Edmonton. Our hearts are with his family, friends and colleagues as they grieve and remember his service to the community.
