Our Branch's Goal

  1. Support all RVS employees through personalized and confidential consultation and guidance in all matters related to employee health and wellness, disability and safety.

Our Services

  • support health and wellness education
  • manage RVS' disability management program (support for ill and injured employees and supervisors), including:

- workers' compensation

- sick leave (short term disability)

- long term disability

- medical accommodation process

  • provide attendance support for employees
  • manage a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Program, including:

- job hazard assessment, training and orientation

- job hazard reporting and investigations

- joint workplace health and safety committee

- safety compliance

- emergency response plan
