Supporting Families During School Re-Entry
Rocky View Schools (RVS) recognizes that the COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented situation that continues to create uncertainty for families, particularly as restrictions begin to loosen and Alberta works to determine what the “new normal” will look like. To help parents and guardians support their children's mental, physical, social and emotional well-being throughout the changing status of the pandemic, RVS’ Learning Support Team has provided a variety of resources and activities for families. Please return often to find out which new resources have been added.

Do Your Part!
Parents and guardians play a critical role by supporting actions at home that help to contain the spread of the virus, such as teaching and reinforcing preventative actions, including hand washing and maintaining physical distance. But most importantly, parents and guardians can do their part by keeping their children home when sick and accessing testing if COVID symptoms develop. Click here for a list of symptoms.
