Cochrane’s Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration

Hosted by the Glenbow Ranche Society, the town of Cochrane will hold its first Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration, June 21, 2019 from 12 – 4 p.m. at Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park. This free, all ages event will offer shuttle service (pre-registration required) between Cochrane and Morley and include dance and music performances as well as traditional games, local vendors, hands-on learning, art exhibits and guided walks. Don’t miss out on this special opportunity to celebrate the rich history of our lands and the culture of our neighbours, the Stoney Nakoda people. See poster for details.
