Bus Pass Replacement

Did you lose or damage your bus pass? Need a replacement?

The permanent electronic bus pass must be scanned by the card reader as your child gets on and off the bus daily for both the morning and afternoon ride. If the bus pass has been lost or damaged, you may purchase a replacement through your SchoolEngage portal. Defective passes (no damage has occured) can replaced for free, but must be brought directly to our office for verification.

Log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal account, then select SchoolEngage from the left hand menu. (For Catholic Students, please log into your SchoolEngage account at https://rockyview.schoolengage.ca) From the SchoolEngage home page, select {New} beside “Replacement Bus Pass and Miscellaneous Transportation Payments” Form to proceed with your request.

Bus passes will be sent by mail after payment is received. If you purchased a bus pass pouch, please note that they are too bulky to be mailed. They will be forwarded to the bus driver, who will give it directly to your child.
