Applications Being Accepted for Page Program

Each year, the House of Commons selects 40 students graduating from high schools across Canada to participate in its long-standing Page Program.

The Opportunity of a Lifetime

As a Gr. 12 student, if you are bilingual in both official languages and plan to attend either Carleton University, University of Ottawa, Saint-Paul University or Université du Québec en Outaouais, consider applying to become a House of Commons Page. Students interested in applying must be registered as full-time undergraduate students in the fall 2020. Students selected to be pages will work on a part-time basis during their first year of study and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks directly related to Chamber activities. This experience will provide students with the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of Parliament by playing a role in the rich traditions of the Canadian parliamentary system.

Applications will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2019. To apply or learn more about the recruitment and selection process, visit the House of Commons website.
