Service providers are required to report any hazards, near-misses or accidents whether or not they result in an injury. This should be reported to a staff member as soon as reasonably possible. Any personal information gathered in the report will be maintained in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. RVS will investigate any injuries that occur on our premises.
