Student Services Vendors/Providers

RVS supports enhanced learning opportunities and supports for students. These opportunities may include the use of third-party contractors/service providers.

If you are a service provider wishing to provide services, please complete our online intake form. Student services that cost less than $5,000 per event/occurrence and that occur at an RVS site require a Service Provider agreement.

Some services are only obtained through RFP/Q. For more information on the RFP/Q process, please review the procurement process information on the Service Vendors and Contractors page. If you are a student services provider and wish to submit a proposal in response to an RFP/Q please see the RFP/Q process.

Contract workers should take note of Administrative Procedure 480 Worker Contract Status Determination, which governs the determination of contract workers and employees.

Service providers are required to follow the Contractor Health and Safety Program upheld by the contractor representative.

RVS needs permission to use images or multimedia that includes volunteers, visitors or contractors. We may use Administrative Form 144-D Consent for Public Use of Volunteer/Visitor/Contractors Images/Work to request permission. RVS does not permit third parties to use images, media or work of its staff and students without the written consent of the Division.

Service providers are required to report any hazards, near-misses or accidents whether or not they result in an injury. This should be reported to a staff member as soon as reasonably possible. Any personal information gathered in the report will be maintained in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. RVS will investigate any injuries that occur on our premises.
