Superintendent’s Message

Hello and welcome to Rocky View Schools!
My name is Ryan Reed, and I am thrilled to be the Superintendent of Schools for RVS. Having a long history in this division as a student, educator and leader, I know it is a great place to learn and work. This division is part of who I am as a person, and I am deeply committed to its continued success.
In RVS, student success is at the heart of everything we do. Our purpose is to ensure all students learn, belong and succeed, and we are committed to being a world-class learning organization where all students achieve their absolute best. My goal as the leader of this division is to ensure that all students are succeeding in thriving, supported learning environments.
As a leader, I value collaboration within our schools and across our communities. I will work to ensure the RVS community feels heard and included in our journey. I believe leadership starts with listening, and I look forward to meeting the many students, families and employees who make up our exceptional division.
Every school year brings successes and challenges. I believe we achieve our greatest successes when we work together and put our students first. Thank you for being part of that effort.
