Bow Valley High School Closed for In-person Learning, Sept 2 – 5
Posted onDue to an unexpected delay to the expansion and modernization of Bow Valley High School in Cochrane, the school building will not open to students on Sept. 2 for the new school year as planned. To ensure learning continues, students will temporarily move to online learning for Sept. 3 – 5. Staggered entry for Grade 9 students on Sept. 2 is cancelled. In-person learning is planned for Monday, Sept. 8 for all students.
The school building will not be open to students or families during this time. The contractor has advised RVS this delay is temporary and they are working quickly to complete the necessary steps to ensure the building is safe and ready. Please visit the BVHS website for more information.
