BVHS Temporarily Closed for In-Person Learning

Due to a construction delay, BVHS will not be open for in-person learning Sept. 2 – 5. Students will transition to online learning and students and families will not have access to the school during this time. In-person learning will begin Sept. 8.

Bow Valley High School Closed for In-person Learning, Sept 2 – 5

Due to an unexpected delay to the expansion and modernization of Bow Valley High School in Cochrane, the school building will not open to students on Sept. 2 for the new school year as planned. To ensure learning continues, students will temporarily move to online learning for Sept. 3 – 5. Staggered entry for Grade 9 students on Sept. 2 is cancelled. In-person learning is planned for Monday, Sept. 8 for all students.

The school building will not be open to students or families during this time. The contractor has advised RVS this delay is temporary and they are working quickly to complete the necessary steps to ensure the building is safe and ready. Please visit the BVHS website for more information.

More information about online learning will be emailed to families on Tuesday.
