With at-home learning in full swing, Rocky View Schools has launched a temporary dedicated technical support line for its families.

Providing Technical Support for At-Home Learning

Rocky View Schools (RVS) understands that many of its families are still working to familiarize themselves with the at-home learning continuity plan and navigate the associated online learning tools to support this process (ex. Google Suite, Moodle, 0365 Suite etc.) It's possible that students may experience technical difficulties. To address this issue, RVS has developed a temporary dedicated technical support channel for its parents and students.

For questions or concerns related to technical support, please call the Student Support Hotline: 403.945.4083 or e-mail studentsupport@rockyview.ab.ca. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. As the hotline may get busy at any given time, RVS thanks parents and students for their patience and understanding.
